This pedal exerciser features a small, single-button computer which displays the following information: calories burned, total revolutions, revolutions per minute and time. The one-piece cranks allow you to pedal in both directions, with the pedaling direction having no impact on the data tracker. You can adjust the resistance by turning the regulation knob (i.e. you either tighten or loosen the resistance friction system which powers the exerciser).

You may also appreciate the fact that this exerciser can be folded up when not in use. All you have to do is fold the legs up and put it in a closet where it will not take up much space.
