The Plate-Loaded Dumbbell Set inSPORTline Castblack 160 + 40/30 mm 80 kg includes as many as four 30-mm barbells and a set of cast iron weight plates. Two of the barbells are two-handed, one of which is straight and the other one curled. The other two bars are 40-cm long and are used for single-handed, plate-loaded dumbbells.

Suitable for all plate-loaded dumbbells and barbells with a 30-mm diameter, the Castblack cast iron weight plates feature a special powder coating that makes them rustproof. You can choose from 1.25-kg (4 pieces), 2.5-kg (10 pieces), 5-kg (4 pieces), 10-kg (2 pieces) and 15-kg (2 pieces) weight plates, so you’ll have plenty of options.

The bar axles are made from high-quality metal and have steel threads on either side. To secure the weight plates in place, all you have to do is screw on the included barbell collars.
